  [6.1][trunk?] RNG:  "help" attribute not allowed on field

Bug description:
  Hi guys!

  RNG does not allow to use the "help" attribute on a field element.
  However, it could be very useful, and moreover it works OK if you add
  the attribute by inheritance.
