Title:
  missing domain on project task for phase

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  New

Bug description:
  On 6.1 and trunk, the field "phase" is not filtered based on the
  project phases. When we look for a phase, we can see all the defined
  phases, not only the phases linked to the project specified in the
  task.

  Steps to reproduce:
  - Create a projet
  - Create a phase for this projet
  - Create another project
  - Create a other phase for this last project.

  - Create a task for the second project (fill the field "Projet on the task")
  - Select a phase for this task
  --> Problem: we see two phases instead of one.
