I can also confirm problem with timezone. If I create meeting in
Thunderbird then it synchronizes and displays meeting correctly (and
vtimezone field in crm_meetings is filled) in openerp. If I create
meeting in openerp web interface then (vtimezone field in crm_meetings
is empty) it synchronizes gmt value like it was local time and it
appears offset in Thunderbird. Probably related to the new way of
handling timezones in 6.1. that I have read somewhere.

Bug description:
  Observed on trunk as of 2012-04-21

  The meeting time of events in a caldav connected client (thunderbird
  lightning in this case) are off by 2 hours. I suspect this is a
  timezone issue.

  This problem occurs in a number of different places, see for example
  bug #982881
