Hello Juan,
Your issue is already fixed on before release of 6.1 due to lp:724073,
So It is already available on stable6.1 as well as trunk.
But I think you are using stable6 that's why you didn't see the record
rule for product.pricelist object but in trunk we have already added a
multi-company rule for product.pricelist ,product.pricelist.item ,
product.pricelist.version.
Currently I am making this as a duplicate of lp:724073. If you want this
on trunk then you can contact our support team at support@xxxxxxxxxxx
they will defiantly help you

missed ir.rule for company_id in product.pricelist model
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
When I create a purchase order, If I select the pricelist_id field in
multicompany environment, OpenERP show a list with all pricelist (for
all companies) even if the user only has access to one company.
To correct this we need to add this ir.rule
(see attach)
