  c2c_budget fails to install (take 2)

Status in OpenERP Server:

Bug description:
  OpenERP 6.0.4

  when I try upload the module, I get the error message:

  "Can not create the module file:
  /opt/openerp/server/bin/addons/c2c_budget/wizard.zip !"

  the zip file does not contain a wizard.zip

  version of the plugin is from here:

  http://apps.openerp.com/addon/get_module_as_zip/3085/c2c_budget.zip
