Actually, it is due to company field on the user form, the field allowed
company is not correctly setted.

  access rules, new user cannot log in the system due to email thread

Bug description:
  (trunk), tested in runbot (not _all)

  create a user and give him access to employee and partner manager.
  Then log you as this user.

  AccessError

  Operation prohibited by access rules, or performed on an already
  deleted document (Operation: read, Document type: Email Thread).
