I have the same error when I install openerp-6.1-20120217-003606
My system : Ubuntu 10.4

Message :
Searching for ZSI==2.1-a1
Reading http://pypi.python.org/simple/ZSI/
Reading http://pywebsvcs.sf.net/
No local packages or download links found for ZSI==2.1-a1
error: Could not find suitable distribution for Requirement.parse('ZSI==2.1-a1')

What should I do ?
