  c2c_budget fails to install when uploaded

Status in OpenERP Server:
  New

Bug description:
  Since import doesn't work (Bug #1001823) we uploaded the module to the
  addons directory. When i click install, I get the following error
  message:

  "Error occurred while validating the field(s) parent_id: Error ! You
  can not create recursive Menu."

  module version is 6.0.5, downloaded from here:
  http://apps.openerp.com/addon/get_module_as_zip/3085/c2c_budget.zip

  OpenERP version 6.0.4
