Are you serious? The application outputs wrong data, making a feature
potentially  unusable,  and fixing it is considered a feature
enhancement?

Title:
  Web client Exports dates in UTC

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Using the web client's Export function, dates are exported in UTC and not in local date.
  This can result in erroneous and unusable data.

  For example: 
  - Create a Project Issue; take note of the "Creation date" on the Extra Info tab.
  - Go to the Issue Searach view and find the new Issue.
  - Select Export on the right; select Export type = Export All Data, Fields to export = Issue, Creation date
  - Export and check the "Creation date" field - it's in UTC.
