it works like this:

open move line in 'finished products'
assign production lot
do not save/close the move line
click 'scrap'

Bug description:
  non comprehensible error occurs:

  product to produce, enable 'track all'
  products to consume, enable 'track all'

  create MO
  assign production lots in internal picking, process picking
  assign production lot in finished part
  start production
  open tab 'Finished products'
  try to scrap a qty through wizard

  error occurs: "you must assign a production lot for this product"
