Hello Joshua,

First of all sorry for the inconvenience!

I have again checked your issue and I have faced the same problem as you
described when I use the accented char on product name i,e : é. Then get
a same traceback at my end. I have also checked lp:956798's fix but it's
different because this issue comes form the pychart. Also I have faced
the same problem on product level forecast.

So we can say that "pychart " doesn't support accented character.
