  webkit trial balance - wrong period sums for P&L accounts

Bug description:
  try to compare 
  for P&L accounts (such with balance 
  2012 Period 1-5 - correct
  2011 Period 1-5 - wrong 
  2010 Period 1-5 - wrong

  It looks like that for all P&L accounts - which have set "deferral method = none" 
  the amount is computed not only for the selected periods, but for all periods prior to the selected ones.
