  Survey Answer is not update

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Install the survey module

  1. click on Answer Survey button and complete the wizard
  2. print the survey
  3. Again Answer the same survey and change the some answer
  4. print the survey it display the old answer instead of new answer
