I have checked this issue with same scenario at my end but all are working fine.
I have attached the video for your more reference, So would you please check it and notify us where you faced the problem.

This type of same problem exist but on different way. Would you please

scenario).

  warehouse
  delivery orders
  partial delivery
  invoice control - to be invoiced

  the incorrect picking list get invoiced

  ie if qty 10 and only 4 shipped the invoice is created for the
  backorder of 6
