Hello Hennie,

Thanks for your quick response on this and valuable video.

As per your video you have installed the stock_invoice_directly module.
That's why this problem occurs.

Due to this module when we press deliver (validate) button second wizard
is directly open (Create invoice) and this time the back order is
opened, So qty is comes to backorder. Anyways is a bug and only for
stock_invoice_directly module.

  the incorrect picking list get invoiced

  ie if qty 10 and only 4 shipped the invoice is created for the
