  timezone issue

Bug description:
  Hi,

  After spending time on time zone testing, I still face the issue
  related to my question. That is time displayed on form is correct, but
  stored in database is not correct. Please refer to my question. The
  issue is really serious. It makes SQL queries based on date will not
  be correct any more.
