I have checked your issue .But it's not a bug .
As per your configuration when you try to create SO with both service as well with stock able product.
 Now when you conform SO with this scenario. you have to install project_mrp. Bcoz when you take service type product in SO .it will create task automatically. Process the task then proceed delivery and invoice . Now SO will reach to the done state.

  [6.0] SO status wrong when service is sold

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Incomplete

Bug description:
  Steps to reproduce:

  - create SO 1 with one order line: product stockable and MTS with available stock
  - create SO 2 with two order lines: 1 line with product stockable and MTS with available stock, the 2nd line with a service product

  - confirm both SOs
  --> both are in status 'In Progress'

  - process delivery order for SO 1 / create invoice and confirm it
  --> SO gets in status 'Done' / both progress bars ('picked' and 'invoiced) are 100%

  - process delivery order for SO 2 / create invoice and confirm it
  --> SO stays in status 'In Progress' / both progress bars ('picked' and 'invoiced') are 100%
