[Bug 1005883] [NEW] create and delete button should not be on any analysis view under the main reporting menu.

create and delete(under More selection) buttons should not be on any analysis view under the main reporting menu.
By clicking on it its not working is right but it should not be shown there.
e.g. Reporting/Sales/Leads Analysis
