Bug description:
  specially internal and outgoing moves
  .
  select a product
  select from location - it shows all available locations
  IMHO to be user freindly it should 
  frist show 
  * only stock location with qty > 0 (one of my installations has >60 internal locations, most of them stock only a few or one product)
  * only on request all locations (release "only locations with qty button"

  currently there is no check if the qty is available on this location
  and the system allows quitely to create negative quantities.

  (IMHO in V5 there was a check on process/validate ?)
