Title:
  [6.1][CRM Meeting]Timezone incorrect when sync via CalDAV

Bug description:
  We using OpenERP in Timezone Asia/Shanghai(UTC+8), when we try to sync
  the meeting calender with thunderbird(12.x)/lightning(1.4), we will
  have events in the email client 8 hours early because there is no
  vtimezone info in data from CalDAV. The date can be fixed by manually
  update the vtimezone filed in the database.

  I suppose the system stores date in UTC time in the crm_metting table,
  which is calculated by user's timezone setting, so it's always correct
  when you check the event in the system. But I and not sure whether the
  calendar-timezone property in CalDAV is set correctly or as long as
  the tz settings of the event has not been exported via CalDAV, we may
  have problems with third party calender client.
