Bug description:

  Parameter: module accounting>configuration>Financial
  accounting>Financial Reports>Account Report

  Report Liabilities set sign on report to Reverse balance sign

  Execute rapport :Module Accounting > reporting >Legal
  Report>Accounting Reports>Balance Sheet>enable comparison

  Observed result: comparative balance for liabilities negative (should be positive)
  Expected result: both balance should be positive
