I have face the same problem in trunk and 6.1 also. and we should
Improve this usability with validation. So I confirm this Issue with low
Importance.

  [trunk/6.1]event : end date must be greater then start date

Bug description:
  Hello,

           sale -> Configuration -> Events

           create event which have "end date greater then start date".
  which it should not allow.

          end date must be greater then start date.
