  Typo in Portuguese official language names

  Fix Committed

Bug description:
  Languages pr_PT and pt_BR are presented as "Portugese" instead of "Portuguese".
  This can be seen in the "Load Official Language" wizard.
  Seen in 6.1 rc1.
