Hello Jan,

I have checked your issue with l10n_multilang module, but I didn't face
the problem as you you reported.

I have tried with multi_company and without multi_company. With
multi_company it's working fine bug I am not able to install chart for
"your company". Whenever I tried without multi_company then it's gives a
different error "Tax name must be unique per company" due to "your
company" not available on comapny selection of chart of account. This
problem is already posted on lp:1008372.

But I didn't face the problem as you reported.

I have attached a video for your more reference, So would you please
check it and notify us where you faced the problem or may I missed
something.

  Hi

  I tried to install in one database in a multi company environment
  the dutch/french/english belgian chart of accounts in version 6.1

  when running the wizard new company financial info

  always i get the error
  Constraint Error

  The name of the journal must be unique per company !

  for belgium only the stnadard french coa is availalbe
