Hello Damien,

Sale_layout module is totally removed form the trunk, So this issue is only affecting for stable6.1.
As per out bug management policy of stable version we can consider only small changes but this issue required a major changes on stable version. That's why we can not consider this issue for stable version too.

Title:
  sale_margin and sale_layout are not compatible

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Invalid

Bug description:
  1) Steps to reproduce the issue you have observed

  - Install sale_margin
  - Edit a Sale Order Line. You can see a Cost Price field
  - Install sale_layout

  2) The result you observed

  If you edit a Sale Order Line, you cannot see or modify the Cost Price
  provided by sale_margin

  3) The result you expected

  The field Cost Price would stay. The problem occurs because
  sale_layout override a large part of the view sale.view_order_form and
  sale_margin use an overrided part of this view to work.

  4) The platform your are using

  OpenERP - GTK Client - v6.0.2 (Windows)
  OpenERP Server Linux

  5) The OpenERP version you are using (e.g. 5.0.15, 6.0-dev)
