try to reproduce the error yourself
install the module  http://apps.openerp.com/addon/get_module_as_zip/5631/l10n_be_coa_multilang.zip

set up one database with 1 company, the new module can be applied
then create a new company in your database and run the new company financial setting
and use the Belgium - Multilingual Chart of Accounts (en/nl/fr) template

load all languages

  Hi

  I tried to install in one database in a multi company environment
  the dutch/french/english belgian chart of accounts in version 6.1

  when running the wizard new company financial info

  always i get the error
  Constraint Error

  The name of the journal must be unique per company !

  for belgium only the stnadard french coa is availalbe
