Hello Antonie,

I am going to fix your point first, and 2nd. But I don't agree with your "third fail" because currently it's working as expected.
You can enter your opening balance in draft state, and when you open your cash register then it will become read only.

Generic scenario is like this. You you close you "Cash register" every
evening and at every morning you have again open your cash register, So
every night's closing balance become your next morning 's opening
balance . 2nd scenario when you create a new cash register before
opening it you have enter some amount (like coin...it will become your
opening balance). So after opening it, become read only.

So your last point currently all are working fine, and I will fix your
remaining two point on this bug report. If you have any excuse on this
then you can post a another bug report.

  Cash registers: any journal can be selected

Bug description:
  Bug available in 6.1 and trunk on runbot.
  1) Take an instance with accounting (a runbot instance is perfect for it)
  2) Go in Accounting > Bank & Cash > Cash registers
  3) Create a new element
  4) First Fail: Any journal can be selected. Even opening/closing journals. In my opinion, you should just see cash journals. Missing domain ?
  5) Second Fail: Save this record with "opening/closing" journal or whatever the journal except "cash", and note it's absence in list view once you've save.
  6) Third fail: Cents are available only when you Open the Cashbox.
