Hello Jan,

l10n_multilang is already available on official addons and l10n_be_coa_mulitilang is part of apps.openerp.com, which are maintained by the community, including all the modules created by "OpenERP" or "Tiny",
as none of these are actively developed by our teams anymore.

If you or anyone from the community would like to work on it, please mark the bug as "In progress" and assign it to yourself
(or ask us or anyone from OpenERP Drivers to do it for you). In the mean time, we will mark it as "Won't fix" to indicate that
no further progress is expected at the moment

Bug description:
  Hi

  I tried to install in one database in a multi company environment
  the dutch/french/english belgian chart of accounts in version 6.1

  when running the wizard new company financial info

  always i get the error
  Constraint Error

  The name of the journal must be unique per company !

  for belgium only the stnadard french coa is availalbe
