Thanks for the reporting!

Physical inventory check the tracking (serial number ) when incoming lot
is true because we have used a Physical inventory for creating a
starting inventory.

Your issue has been fixed on lp:~openerp-dev/openobject-addons/trunk-
bug-1030037-amp  branch with following rev id and rev no.

It will merge with trunk soon.

  stock.inventory and product lots

Bug description:
  Hi,

  I have all the product lot tracking enabled for a product.

  I create a new inventory for several units of that product without specifying the product lot.
  I can confirm the inventory without any problems. Product lot tracking is broken for this!
