This "fix" breaks the current "Cancel" functionality as we're using it.
In our company, we need to keep the number to reuse it for editing an
invoice or ensuring the continuation of the numbers one by one.

Bug description:
  I'm using 6.1 with Openerp Web

  Under Account->Customer Invoice

  I try to delete a draft Invoice but message prompt and block me to
  delete.

  
  Message is "You cannot delete a invoice which is open or paid"
