We have already improved the all configuration wizard on trunk, So your issue is resolved now .
Would you please check the attached the screen-shot.

Bug description:
  observed on v6

  The field order_policy on sale_order has four possible choices:
  manual, picking, prepaid, postpaid.

  On the other hand on the sale installation wizard we have only two
  choices, manual and picking.

  If this is intentional, is that documented somewhere?
