Hello Antonie,

Action rule are working correctly with date condition in normal
condition, But once your server is restart then it won't be work anymore
then after it will work only when any action will fire on same object.

I think this is closely related with lp:944197, So would you please
check it.

  base_action_rule no check on trigger date, action is launched each
  state change

Bug description:
  Hello,

  I have defined some automated actions base only on the deadline date.
  It works fine. But, when I'm on a the ressource and I change the state, my action is called although my time is not spent.
  It seems to be in check method of base_action_rule. This method doesn't verify condition on date.
