  [Trunk/6.1]Chinese names not correctly sorted in list

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  In 6.1, for example in partner tree view, English names are sorted
  correctly and in alphabetical order in the list.

  Nevertheless, Chinese names are not sorted properly. They should be
  sorted in the PinYin order. Current order is unknown and it is
  impossible to sort properly the list.
