I get the same error if i install belgian payroll accounting. I have
both accounting wizards (chart and template) and if i apply the
template, i get the bug

Title:
  cannot install belgian chart of account for "Your Company"

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  tested in local and runbot. In a db not _all

  Install sales -> install the belgian chart of account (accounting
  wizard 1) ->  you can't select "Your company" in company field to
  install belgian chart of accounts template
