try to add an existing menu (example sale order) to the portal menu
this menu will not be available to other users any more

Bug description:
  portal menu configuration must not alter existing menu access
  permission

  currently adding an existing menu to the portal menu list adds group
  access rights of the portal to this menu item and thus removing it
  from general availability (which must not happen)
