Could we have a comment from the dev team about what the nature of the
issue is here? Is this something that has never been implemented, or
something that has broken?

In 7.0 trunk, on my system pressing the generic import link (for example
import a bank statement) causes client-side JS to go into noddy-land. No
errors reported server side.

  [trunk] 6.2 Import from Compatible .csv is not working

Bug description:
  Maybe it is not developed yet. but currently I'm not able to import
  anything in .csv Compatible format. First I made an export from old db
  in compatible format and they I try to import in fresh db. Button
  "import file" when I select the file is not active.
