  filter phases with project_id on task form

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  1 - launch last trunk version in runbot :

  (Build 17063)
  server (4408)
  addons (7404)
  web (3046)

  2 - install project module
  3- Settings -> configuration -> project, add "manage resources planning on gantt view", apply
  4- Add a new phase for project e-learning intégration for example
  5- Now you have phases on two différents project, 'manage "Elearning integration" and "The jackson'groups project" (see screen1.png)
  6- Add a task on Elearning intégration project, when you choose phase, the list is not filtered on project's phases (see screen2.png)

  Phases must be filtered by project !
