Title:
  res_partner_bank.onchange_bank_id - this solution does not support
  later change of bank names

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  class Bank() must be adapted to change all dependent res_partner_bank
  if bank name and/or bic changes

  IMHO this is a clear break of relational design

  IMHO bic and bank_name should be related fields
