  Journal amount not taking in to account UOM

Bug description:
  Version 6.1

  I have found patches relating to this for 6.0, but I cannot find
  anything in 6.1.

  
  Scenario is as follows:

  Stock Valuation set to real time.
  Product with: Average Costing
  UoM : PCE
  PO UoM: Box of 10    (Defined as Greater than PCE by a factor of 10)

  New Purchase Order, Invoice based on "receptions"
  Put in line for 8 of product, at $3.50, without taxes.
  Correctly extends line to $28.00

  Receive the product.  Receives correct quantity (80).

  
  Problem 1: The stock journal has a value of $280.
  Problem 2: Go to Warehouse / Reporting / Moves Analysis and it shows 8 received, with a total value of $2.80
