Hi,
   I am too getting same error. Can any one help me how to fix this bug. I am using version6.0.2. I am getting this error when i am   
   trying to create and new invoice line in the existing record...

  Exception adding an item on Supplier Invoice

  How to reproduce:

  Add an item in a supplier invoice, not a product, choose directly the
  account number and add taxes for this item, after that if you want to
  add another item the system will show you the following exception:
