account_accountant should be reviewed, several features done for an
"accountant" can not be done by default, even, if you set
account_accountant group and account/manager sonme basic fetures will be
blocked.

  Steps:

   - Create new db
   - Install account_accountant
   - Go to accounting -> journal entries -> journal items

  Can't create new journal item
