I have checked this issue with latest code but I did not face any 
problem to create journal item in journal entry.So would you please 
check this again with latest updated trunk as well as 6.1.

  can't create journal items

Bug description:
  openobject-addons/6.1 revno 6996

  Steps:

   - Create new db
   - Install account_accountant
   - Go to accounting -> journal entries -> journal items

  Can't create new journal item
