  [trunk] No UoM restriction on Min/Max rules

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  On Min/Max rule definition, when you choose a product (for example
  CPU2), you can choose an incompatible UoM for this product (for
  example Hour).

  When you run the scheduler, on PO line creation, the server raise an
  error that said it doesn't make the conversion between the two UoM.

  I've write a patch to fix this issue.
