HI FP,

In the US, this is a legal operation, and considered mandatory for any
accounting package.  Could this be a US addon?

  [6.1][Account] unable to delete draft invoice

Bug description:
  I'm using 6.1 with Openerp Web

  Under Account->Customer Invoice

  I try to delete a draft Invoice but message prompt and block me to
  delete.

  
  Message is "You cannot delete a invoice which is open or paid"
