Hello tozm,

First of all If you doing old version to new version export import  you
may need data migration or esle you need to folllow all dependancy tabes
to have complete imoprt.

The Import CSV feature has been improved from scratch and already merge
in trunk http://bazaar.launchpad.net/~openerp/openobject-
addons/trunk/revision/7409 which fixes the problem and part of more
accurate import feature the one lot of improvement is already proposed
here  https://code.launchpad.net/~openerp-dev/openobject-server/trunk-
newimport-phase2-xmo/+merge/126658  and will merged soon.

And Note the import feature is handelled by base_import module in addons
so it does not affected by server most part.

I am Setting this bug as Fix released and if you still face any issue
you can open new bug with step.

  [trunk] 6.2 Import from Compatible .csv is not working

Bug description:
  Maybe it is not developed yet. but currently I'm not able to import
  anything in .csv Compatible format. First I made an export from old db
  in compatible format and they I try to import in fresh db. Button
  "import file" when I select the file is not active.
