  [version 6.1] Field message in procurement.py too short

Bug description:
  Hi!

  In the 6.1 version of openerp, I found that in the procurement module
  in procurement.py file, that the field "message" is only 64 char size.
  In some casese, the localized string is more longer then 64 char. So I
  think that will ben very awensome to increase the lenght of that fielt
  from 64 to 128 chars.
