Title:
Names of components after duplicating a BOM
Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):
Fix Committed
Bug description:
1) Create two products : "product1" and "product2"
-> Product Type : Stockable Product
-> Procurement Method : Make to Stock
-> Supply Method : Produce
2) Create two products : "subproduct1" and "subproduct2"
-> Product Type : Stockable Product
-> Procurement Method : Make to Stock
-> Supply Method : Buy
3) Create a BOM for "product1" with :
-> 1 * "subproduct1"
-> 1 * "subproduct2"
4) Duplicate this BOM, and set the new one for "product2"
Expected : "product1" and "product2" have the same BOM and the
component's names are the same in both BOM.
Reality : Apparently the two products have the same BOM (in the
components tab), but when you go to "Bill of Materials Structure", the
"product2"'s component's *names* are : "Subproduct1 Copy " and
"Subproduct1 Copy "
