Hi there,

I did this as a quick fix a while back (read: hack).

I can have one of our engineers look at it.  What is the timeline for
release?  I'll try to schedule it accordingly.

  The current (RC2) code base does not cater for South African VAT
  numbers.

  I've attached the modified base_vat file with the included same for
  country code za and the validation.
