Btw. this also happens on 6.0.3, 6.0.4 and customer is on that system so
it should be fixed on 6.0 too.

I tested it last week also on this runbot
http://6_0_23221.runbot.openerp.com which is already disabled...

Title:
  advanced filter "not contains" "is not" doesn't work for countries of
  partners

Status in OpenERP Server:
  Confirmed

Bug description:
  Observed in latest, today's runbot v6.1 [server v4294, addons v7044,
  web v2473]

  To reproduce:
  - Create a new database with demo data (I used runbot)
  - install the French (BE) language
  - select the language french (BE) for the current user
  - go to the list of partners
  - add an advanced filter, pays "is not" (est différent de) or "does not contain" (ne contient pas) "Belgique"
  - You still see all partners, including the Belgian ones
  - Same thing happens with "Belgium" instead of "Belgique"
