Title:
  [trunk] When user alters the stages for leads, new leads won't get
  into draft mode

Status in OpenERP Addons (modules):

Bug description:
  [trunk] [7.0] When you alter the stage "New" from Both to Lead in the
  stages configurator of Leads & Opportunities your new created leads
  won't get the state draft.

  In addons I noticed in the file: crm_lead.py

  rule 53: return self.stage_find(cr, uid, [], section_id, [('state',
  '=', 'draft'), ('type', '=', 'both')], context=context)

  You can change "New" to be the type of "lead" instead of both, and you can do this.
  So if you do not want the stage "New" for opportunities your leads will not work...

  Not sure why the type should be the type both
